The Festival of Dia de Muertos, which literally means, Day of the Dead, is a very special celebration, held yearly, to mark the remembrance of those who have died during the past twelve months. The Celebration originated in Mexico, but has now spread to other Latin American Countries, and to other Countries throughout Europe and other places in the world. Each Country has its own Traditions in the ways in which it marks this very sacred occasion. Often food, drink, and music are part of the celebrations. This Micromusical is an introduction to the way in which many people of the world honour their dead and keep their memories alive.
